MATERIAL

Manufactured according to desired capacity and length, Helical conveyors are made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. However the helix part can be made of epoxy coated St52.3 hardened carbon steel.Helical bearing is made of high density polyethylene (UHMW PE1000) which is durable to corrosion.

Helical Conveyors can be manufactured in sloped or horizontal form depending on the purpose of use.
