Water flow in channels, is controlled by penstocks. There are two different types of penstocks such as channel and wall type according tp the place that is mounted.
Two different operation types available, manuel with flywheel and motorized (actuator) type.
Thickness of the frame and gate is calculated according to the water pressure that is exerted to the penstock.
Penstocks are manufactured at different dimensions according to the customer choice
Material may be AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel or epoxy coated St37 upon request as material alternatives.
In penstocks, watertightness in both sides is provided by special designed seals.
