Highly concentrated in oil and grease, the wastewaters have to be treated before they have been discharged to the receiving media, sewage system or secondary treatment units.. Working principle of the trap is to float the oil and grease that have lighter density compare to the water. Additionally, the trap is used for the removal of solids found in wastewater. To increase the settling efficiency a lamella separator is installed inside the trap.The trap should be installed above or underground. Metarial of lamella sperators is GRP and the trap’s is epoxy coated carbon steel. Upon request the trap may be fabricated in stainless steel.
