An efficient way to remove the settled sludge in the water and wastewater tretament plants.

The scrapers with fixed bridge are commonly used for clarifiers having conic bottom shape and up to 10m diameter. It is operated on the fixed bridge that is constructed with concrete or manufactured in steel. The steel bridge can be manufactured by Deniz Mühendislik.

Sludge removal is executed by the central driven motor-reducer, shaft, pallettes and scraper pallettes. The scraper that is mounted to the bottom bearing removes the sludge through the sludge cone by the help pallettes. Shaft is fixed to the conical shaped construction at the bottom with teflon/bronz bearing. Scraper pallettes are jointed to the pallette arm in the way of not to be easily effected from the rough surface at the bottom of the tank.

Scraper rubbers that are mounted to the palettes are easily changed. The influent inlet is made into the deflector which is mounted to the fixed bridge. The whole parts of the scraper are being manufactured in epoxy coated carbon steel It can be manufactured in stainless steel upon request.
